Terms of Service
Welcome to Victoria Rachel Virtual Assistant. By booking a service or using our support, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Victoria Rachel Virtual Assistant provides virtual assistant services, including but not limited to: inbox management, calendar scheduling, document preparation, data entry, CRM updates, research, customer follow-ups, and system setup. The scope of work will be agreed upon in your individual contract.
2. Booking and Payment
Payments are made monthly, upfront, based on the retainer plan you select.
Invoices will be sent with a secure payment link.
Any additional services outside of the agreed plan may incur extra charges, which will be agreed in advance.
3. Cancellation and Notice
You may cancel your service with one month’s notice.
Any ongoing retainer fees for the notice period are payable in full.
4. Unused Hours
Depending on your plan, up to 10 unused hours may roll over to the following month.
Hours beyond the rollover allowance will not be carried over unless otherwise agreed.
5. Communication
Communication will occur via agreed channels such as email, WhatsApp, Slack, or other tools suitable for your workflow.
Response times may vary depending on workload but will be reasonable and professional.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All client data is treated as confidential and handled securely.
Victoria Rachel Virtual Assistant is ICO registered and GDPR compliant.
Information provided will only be used to deliver agreed services.
7. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide professional and accurate services, Victoria Rachel Virtual Assistant is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from services provided.
Clients are responsible for ensuring any business decisions based on provided services are verified.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any associated contract are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
